Who we are

The European Institute for Managing Diversity (European Institute for Managing Diversity) was founded in 1996. The core main activity of EIMD is to research the impact that global and local diversity has on sustainable development of countries, regions, institutions, companies, society and economy . EIMD develops indicators, management models and undertakes training and consulting. EIMD also participates in forums and European Union projects to help combat discrimination and conflicts derived from diversity, to create an inclusive environment that fosters multiculturalism, innovation and business efficiency… that responds to new social realities and complies with current legislation. 9 Founders. Currently with members in 21 countries of the European Union.
